Are any of your products Vegan, Halal or Gluten Free?

Yes, some of our products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free, Halal and Gluten Free.  All ingredients are on each listing and are clearly displayed on all packaging.

Where is my order?

After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped.  Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

All orders placed before 6pm (Monday-Friday excluding bank holidays) will be dispatched next working day. After this time orders will be dispatched within 48 hours.  However, sometimes circumstances beyond our control cause potential delays, for example, due to high volume of orders or postal service problems.

Generally, all orders are shipped via Royal Mail, however, in some instances orders will be sent via Amazon Shipping. This enables us to have an uninterrupted service and minimises delays.

If you haven’t received your order after 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@thesweetsshop.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. For more information, please refer to our shipping policy.

There is a problem with my order, what can I do?

In the event that you receive the wrong order, or your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at: support@thesweetsshop.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. You can spread the cost of your purchase into 3 interest-free instalments. The first payment is made at point of purchase, with remaining instalments scheduled automatically every 30 days. *Or you can pay up to 30 days later. No interest. No fees, when you pay on time. *
