Their playful shape and intense cherry flavour transport us back to the treehouse in Grandma’s garden. Or anywhere else cherries have always been a special treat.

Ingredients: Glucose syrup; sugar; gelatine; dextrose; acidifier: citric acid; fruit and plant concentrates: safflower, spirulina, apple, radish, sweet potato, carrot, blackcurrant, hibiscus; flavour; coating agent: beeswax white and yellow, carnauba wax; invert sugar syrup.

All orders are processed within 1 business day if ordered before 1pm (excluding weekends and holidays). After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

However, sometimes circumstances beyond our control cause potential delays, for example, due to high volume of orders or postal service problems.

We offer FREE UK shipping using Royal Mail 24 standard service for orders over £30.  For orders under £30 the cost of shipping is calculated at checkout.  Estimated delivery times are shown below.  If you would prefer your item to arrive via a faster shipping service, please see table below with other shipping option upgrades.

Orders for large items or items exceeding 2kg are automatically sent with DHL next day delivery service

If we are unable dispatch from our warehouse because of an issue with any of our shipping partners, we may on occasion dispatch through our Amazon fulfilment.  This is to ensure we maintain a high level of customer service.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Sweets Shop is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@thesweetsshop.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, only if the item is not fit for consumption, or damaged in transit and the order will be refunded in full. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at: support@thesweetsshop.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
